Just another day...

Nothing exciting going on and no real progress. Things have been a little off. My GF had surgery Friday and I have been taking care of her all weekend. The oldest stayed at a friend's house over the weekend which was a huge help. The youngest was wild all weekend. I know it is because we were not really able to get out and do anything. I know he is just restless but I am worn out. It is amazing how not doing much of anything will wear you out. I have a plan though.

Although I am working on getting healthy all the way around, I am really going to try one big change at a time. The first one is going to be excersize. I have a very nice eliptical and weight set in my basement and love to walk if I can get myself out to do it. So, tomorrow, I am off work and the boys are going to school. After I get everyone off and the GF settled, I will be taking a walk. Tuesday through Friday will be harder. I go back to work and I have a hard time fitting it in with work and the boys. But, I will find a way to do it at least twice.
