Well, I did it. I walked. I think (bad planning) I walked about 2.5 miles in about 40 minutes. It felt good. I am very happy I did it. I will have to find the time to make that happen more often.

Just wanted to check in and report that I walked and the day has started out good. Had a granola bar, toast and one egg. Plan on salad and a potato for lunch.

I can do this.
